Division of Mining informal conference postponed

The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection Division of Mining and Reclamation has postponed an informal conference scheduled for 6 p.m. today (Feb. 13) at Marsh Fork Elementary School in Raleigh County. The conference was scheduled to provide information and take public comments on an Article 3 renewal application for Alex Energy Inc., permit No. S301299. The conference will be rescheduled for a later date.
