State government employees not to report on Monday, March 3

Due to ice and snow accumulations as well as potentially hazardous travel conditions, Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin has closed state government agencies today, Monday, March 3, 2014. State employees providing direct support relating to the current weather event should report at their regularly scheduled time.
