An update on the Kempton Refuse and Acid Mine Drainage/Abandoned Mine Lands Project in Tucker County, West Virginia. The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection was recently honored by the U.S. Department of the Interior's Office of Surface Mining for its reclamation and restoration efforts on the Kempton Project.
