The Freedom Industries site, located at 1015 Barlow Drive in Charleston, was accepted into the Voluntary Remediation Program in late February 2015. An Agreement was negotiated between Freedom and the WVDEP in late March. Below is a list of documents and correspondence related to the Voluntary Project (#15017).
