Division of Water & Waste Management
The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP), Division of Water & Waste Management (DWWM), has scheduled a public hearing for its 2025 proposed legislative rules on Thursday, August 15, 2024 starting at 5 p.m. at WVDEP Headquarters in Charleston, W.Va.
The hearing will be held in the Coopers Rock Conference Room at WVDEP Headquarters located at 601 57th St. S.E., Charleston, WV 25304. The room is located in the rear of the building and parking is available.
Both oral and written comments will be made part of the rulemaking record. The public comment period ends at 5 p.m. on August 17, 2024. Comments received after the conclusion of the public comment period cannot not be accepted.
Written comments may be submitted via email to DEPComments@wv.gov with "Proposed DWWM 2025 Rule Comments" in the subject line. Hard copies can be mailed to the attention of Terry Fletcher at the WVDEP, Public Information Office, 601 57th Street SE, Charleston, WV 25304.
