Construction Permit Applicant + DAQ(2) (30-Day Minimum DAQ Notice Period) 90 days $1,000 + 45CSR22 fees Required for all new sources of air emissions that are defined as “stationary sources” under 45 CSR 13. Application for Permit

Temporary Permit Applicant Only (30-Day Minimum Notice Period) 45 days $1,000 + 45CSR22 fees Same as construction/modification eligibility, but has expiration date of + six (6) months, eligible for extension up to additional twelve (12) months. Application for Permit

* All statutory review periods begin from the application completeness date and are in calendar days unless otherwise indicated. Con/Mod period may be extended by an additional 30 days to address public comments.

* Additional notice provisions may apply (such as requiring a commercial display advertisement and/or posting of sign) for synthetic minors.

* General Permits are only accepted when submitted through the Electronic Submission System (ESS). ​​​
