You may look up recently arrived permit applications by using the search functions of our data search tool. Just search using the “Application Received From” and “Application Received To” search boxes to choose a date range of recently arrived permit applications. You may also narrow your search by counties. Please specify the permit application API number in your comments.
When submitting a comment, please consider the following: Factual information related to the permit applications will be considered in the permitting process. Offensive language and disparaging remarks about the operator, its staff, the staff of the Office of Oil and Gas or the DEP are not conducive to the permitting process and will not be published on this site.
