These maps provide the approximate locations of volunteer biosruveys within West Virginia's major basins.
Each point provides one or multiple VAD surveys from that location. The summary information includes the
following:
- Latitude and longitude coordinates
- Survey date
- Basin (HUC8)
- Stream name
- pH and conductivity if available
- IBI score on a 0-100 scale
- Integrity rating, which is based on the biological score
Depending on the size of your view the entire summary may not be visible when a point is clicked. You will
have to move the map or an easier solution is to click View Larger Map.
