The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Division of Air Quality (DAQ) is proposing a Regional Haze State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Second Implementation Period as required by Part 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 51.308. A public comment period and public hearing is being held as required by federal regional haze regulations. Registration is required.
