Notice of Public Hearing
A public hearing has been scheduled for Columbia Gas Transmission,
LLC, Mountaineer Xpress Project (WVR310872).
The purpose of the hearing is to take comments on the draft permit that will
cover the discharge of stormwater during construction activities.
A hearing has been scheduled from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday December 11, 2017 at:
Doddridge County Park
1252 Snowbird Rd
West Union, WV 26456
And
From 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday December 12, 2017 at:
Ripley High School
2 School St
Ripley, WV 25271
Oral and written comments will be accepted at the hearing. After the
public hearing, the comment period will be extended until 8 p.m. on Friday,
December 22, 2017.
