The page is intended for small businesses and provides a guide to environmental permit applications which they may need, by industry category.
This is by no means exhaustive or all inclusive and is only meant to give small businesses a starting point for environmental compliance.
A review of the application permits database shows that most larger companies in West Virginia have air permits.
This website covers smaller source sectors where there may be a question of if an air permit is needed, and will also show if additional
Department of Environmental Protection media permits may be needed (water, waste, etc.).
